Welcome to the Official Website of Melissa Brooker! Melissa is a level 10 gymnast from Southeastern Gymnastics in Weddington, North Carolina training under coaches Ludmilla Shobe and Galina Meliakina.

Prior to Southeastern Gymnastics, Melissa was the 2010 Level 9 Regional Balance Beam Champion. In 2011, she finished eighth in the all-around, third on uneven bars and fifth on floor exercise at the Level 9 Regionals, becoming the first alternate to the Eastern Nationals. After the 2011 season, Melissa started training at Southeastern Gymnastics.

Melissa had a great 2012 season where she finished second on uneven bars and in the all-around as well as first on vault and floor exercise. At the Level 9 Regionals, she placed first on vault and second on balance beam and in the all-around. This qualified Melissa to the Level 9 Eastern Nationals, finishing seventh in the all-around, third on vault and fifth on uneven bars. In 2013 as a level 10 gymnast, Melissa placed seventh on uneven bars and 11th in the all-around with a 37.525 at the State Championships. At the Region 8 Championships, she placed fifth on uneven bars.

Currently, Melissa is preparing for the upcoming 2014 season. She would like to continue to pursue her passion for gymnastics in college, so this website was created for college coaches to learn more about Melissa and to stay informed of her progress.
